Paula Duplock

Paula has more than 28 years of industry experience, beginning her career at Lloyd’s Policy Signing Office before progressing to Manager of Operations for Newman Martin & Buchan Ltd. Paula was a key person in the set up of Meridian Risk Solutions Limited undertaking the roles of Director of Operations, Delegated Underwriting Authority and Compliance as well as being a Board Director.  In 2021 she  supported the set up of a new North American Marine Team as Divisional Director for BMS Group Ltd before moving to Nelson Policies in April 2023. Outside of work Paula enjoys spending time with her friends and family and is proud to be a 1^st Dan in Taekwondo
