Ian Allard

Ian joined the Nelson Group as Senior Business Analyst in 2023 and was promoted to Head of Business Performance in 2024. His insurance career started at Capita before he then moved into the MGA space with roles at Evolution, Beech, East Kent Underwriting and Pen Underwriting. He has over 15 years’ experience across multiple classes of business and has held roles in underwriting and binder management. Outside of work Ian has two young boys and is a long suffering Chelsea supporter
