How are you keeping fit until your sport club is open again?
Research has repeatedly shown that sedentary lifestyles have a negative impact on physical and mental wellbeing. Since lockdown measures were introduced in late March, health professionals have constantly reiterated the importance of carrying out regular exercise.

New emergency flood relief fund available for sports clubs hit by recent UK storms
A new emergency flood relief fund has been set for sports clubs and facilities that have been negatively impacted by the recent bad weather, namely Storm Ciara and Storm Dennis. Sports pitches and facilities that were damaged or destroyed by the recent storms can apply for emergency grants of up to £5,000.
80% of commercial properties are underinsured
A staggering 80% of commercial properties are at risk due to underinsurance. According to a leading building surveyor, owners of commercial property are putting their assets at risk, estimating 80% of commercial property is underinsured by between 20% and 45%.
